What are your store hours?

Thursday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.

Please note that Glitterville Studios operates seasonally, so our hours and availability may change throughout the year.

Is parking available?

Yes! Reserved parking spaces for Glitterville Studios visitors are available in the gravel lot behind our store on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional parking may also be available in the surrounding World's Fair Park area.

Do you carry everything available on Glitterville.com?

Not necessarily! Our retail store features a curated assortment of Glitterville goodies, and availability may vary. Some items may be exclusive to our retail store, while others may only be available online.

Can I purchase items online and pick them up at the store?

At this time, purchases made through Glitterville.com are fulfilled through our distribution warehouse in Kansas, and local pickup is not available.

Can I visit the Glitterville Studios workshop?

Our retail store welcomes shoppers during seasonal operating hours, but our creative studio and production areas are not open for general public tours.

Will Stephen Brown be there during my visit?

You never know when a little extra Glitterville magic might happen! Stephen is often busy dreaming up new creations, working on exciting projects, and spreading sparkle near and far.

While he does occasionally make appearances at the store, his presence is not guaranteed during regular retail hours.
